The Aviation Foundation of Pennsylvania (AFP) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization committed to strengthening aviation education, workforce development, and public outreach across the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Through scholarships, educational programming, community partnerships, and industry engagement, AFP works to build clear and accessible pathways into aviation and aerospace careers for students of all ages and backgrounds.

In addition to supporting education and youth outreach, AFP invests in industry events, professional training, and collaborative forums that promote aviation, enhance safety and innovation, and support the continued growth of Pennsylvania’s aviation community.
